The portal opens on NextGen’s YourHealthFile website.
Already enrolled?
Sign in with your existing YourHealthFile account. If the office has connected more than one child to your parent or guardian account, select the child’s chart you want to use.
Need access for your child?
Call (786) 360-2030 for help with enrollment or parent and guardian access. The office will verify the appropriate access before sending activation instructions.
What you can do
- Review records made available by the practice.
- Send a secure message to the office.
- Request an appointment.
